Green vegetables should be the part of regular diet.
70% of body is made of water. Water plays essential role to keep ourself fit and healthy. Most of fruits and beverages contain water which helps body to clean, hydrated and energetic. Fresh or plain water is the best fluid needed by our body. Person should take atleast eight glass of water per day. Water also helps to excrete toxic and waste material out of body in form of perspiration(sweat) and urine.
Everyone must exercise to stay fit and healthy. Walking and running is the most easy exercise. It should be done daily in fresh air like in parks. Exercise releases mental stress and most of all strengthens the muscles. Exercise decreases the heart problems by improving blood circulation. Most noteworthy exercise reduces risk of injuries. It is advisory to walk in parks for half an hour daily to stay healthy.
Adequate sleep is must for a body to stay fit. Sleeping relaxes body and mind. A normal person should sleep 6-7 hours a day to get refresh and to regenerate energy. Insufficient sleep can cause many problems like headache, restlessness etc.
Most of people are suffering back problems i.e cervical, low back pain etc. This is majorly caused because of wrong sitting and sleeping postures. Right sitting posture is necessary because initially it does not have much effect but in later stages can cause lot of trouble and pain. Headache is also the main reason of wrong posture.

Today each and every thing can be done online and everyone is surrounded with gadgets. Mobile phone, laptop, television etc. all these together make a huge impact on our health. Survey reveals most of health problem are due to harmful rays coming out of these devices. Minimize the use as much as possible. Do not keep cell phone near while sleeping. Do not use screens in dark as their impact is dangerous on eyes.
Most of the diseases spread because of unhygienic surroundings. It is necessary to keep surroundings clean and hygienic. Hence one should keep himself hygienic by regular bath and periodic health checkup.
